Home to "Toesies Toys" ........ I have been an avid knitter for many years (thanks to a very patient and talented mother who loved knitting sweaters and argyle socks ! ) I have spent most of my knitting years making sweaters, socks, scarves, etc......that is,....... until I discovered the wonderful world of knitted toys about 4 years ago. I am always on the search for unusual and "one of a kind" patterns. Have found that my favorite designers, so far, are Alan Dart, Jean Greenhowe, Laura Long, Debbie Bliss, Debi Birkin, Amy Gaines and Fiona McTague. These designers seem to exemplify the most creative and imaginative designs I have found thus far. I enjoy working with specialty yarns and mixing and matching pattern techniques.

The sense of humor in toy design is truly unique. Regardless if the pattern is easy or complex the end result always takes on its own personality...
